Purchased a weight bench because it was a great deal. Shortly after receiving confirmation, I received an email from a representative (Wade S.) that the item was not available but could substitute it for a different one at no cost. I was blown away, most of my experience with online retailers on items not available is to simply refund my money or offer a more expensive alternative because the deal was over... Not here, I was just blown away with the service provided and care. Wade was exceptional with his communication and followup. I can't wait to find more deals on things I want/need, knowing the service here is second to none
